Directions to the Woodlands Sleep Evaluation Center
From I-45 Take the Woodlands Parkway exit
Go West on Woodlands Parkway until you get to West Panther Creek (4th Light)
Make a right onto West Panther Creek
Turn right at the second driveway (Panther Creek Professional Plaza).
There will be a Wells Fargo Bank on the Left hand side when you pull into
the driveway
Follow the road all the way to the back of the complex, to the last
building; it will be the only building with a covered portico. Plaza II will
be on this building.
Feel Free to Park under to Portico while you are staying with us, for your
convenience, we have this reserved for our overnight patients.
Come to the front doors of Plaza II, to the Left of the doors you will see a
call box with directions on how to alert our staff of your arrival.
A Technologist will meet you and assist you with the rest of you overnight
stay with us.
